Customer Announcement – August 31, 2026
Subject: Important Update: Ownership Transition for Lancaster Truck Bodies & PA Municipal, Inc.
Dear Valued Customer,
We are excited to share some wonderful news regarding the future of Lancaster Truck Bodies and PA Municipal Inc.
On August 28th, 2026, ownership of both companies officially transitioned. Having been with Lancaster Truck Bodies for the past 20 years—and serving as Vice President and General Manager since March 2014—I am proud to step into the role of President and majority owner for both entities. My business partner, Michael Letcher, currently Vice President of Operations for PA Municipal Inc., has assumed the role of Vice President and Treasurer for both companies.
Please note that Lancaster Truck Bodies and PA Municipal Inc. will remain two completely separate companies. Neither company is being combined or consolidated, and both will continue to operate independently just as they always have.
While this marks an exciting new chapter, our core commitment to you remains completely unchanged. The team you know and trust isn’t going anywhere—our day-to-day operations, locations, and key contacts remain fully in place. Paul Statler will stay on board part-time as an advisor to ensure a seamless transition. Additionally, as part of our long-term plan for Lancaster Truck Bodies, Robyn Ennis will begin transitioning into the role of General Manager over the course of the next year.
Our mission moving forward is simple: to honor the legacy of quality and service you have come to rely on, while continuing to expand our capabilities and product offerings to better serve your needs.
Thank you for your continued partnership over the years. We look forward to building on our shared success together.
Warm regards,
Luis Olmeda
President
